Dynamic Solutions 2000

Dynamic Solutions is dedicated to the development of Convergence tools to aid the communication industry. The idea of convergence is not merely supporting two or more communication industry segments on the same computer system, but rather to be able to utilize functions and features from any industry segment to support another. Also, convergence is the ability to develop specialized rating systems to handle new competitive needs based on specific client requirements which are outside the traditional rating norm. The Industry segments supported are Cable Television, Paging, Internet, Voice Mail, Electronic Mail, Interactive CATV, Rating, Utilities, Cellular / PCS , Telephony and Utilities.

The OASIS product line is available  Windows 2000 / XP PC or Windows 2000 LAN Client Server version which are suitable for the startup or pilot type systems to large size communication companies.  Relational Database technology is utilized for current files and history data warehousing.
 

The architecture is call a "Data Controlled" design.  The extensive use of control tables enable the OASIS system to be adaptable to any environment and any combinations of environments.  It also lends itself to easily interface any of its internal components to external components.

The OASIS design is unique, in that the system has a core which handles the Accounts Receivable, customer contact, administrative control and inventory. To this, is added additional components which correspond to the industry segments that are to be implemented. Its unique design allows it to handle both wire and wireless industry segments or a combination of the two.  Multiple languages are easily handled since it was designed from the beginning to handle multiple date formats, multiple languages, and multiple currencies. This coupled with a seven day, twenty four hour help desk makes it a completely unique communication billing and information systems package.
